This course on Meditation techniques will be led by John Wilkinson, who studied , worked and directed courses on these subjects for over 50 years in many countries , all over the world . You will be offered a great variaty of views and techniques . This is the opportunity to get closer to very special approaches that will strengthen your Being . This 3 day seminar is based on 5 pillars :

The course begins on ( to be decided on) with a dinner, and completes on Monday morning 14th after breakfast . Costs included all meals and room : 3000 kr.
Born in India 1930 to a military family, John came to England in 1946.
He worked with Mr. J.G. Bennett, who became his Teacher.Graduated to running groups and teaching ‘Movements’ G.I Gurdjieff’s sacred dances.Helped start and develop a community in West Virginia, which Mr. Bennet had started before his death.
Ran courses with Tony Blake around the world then at Daglingworth Manor.Studied Judo 2 dan and Aikido 4 dan (helped found The British Aikido Association. After Mister Bennet’ s death he was found by another Teacher and made 2 pilgrimages to India under this Teachers direction.
John was initiated into the Mevlevi Dervish Order by Grand Sheikh Suleiman Dede , and was intiated into the ‘Turn’ in Konya . He ran groups and seminars around the world.
Retired to Sweden and presently lives there. John has a very deep and wide experience regarding meditations and mental exercises . He now studies and teaches Taoist Yoga methods.
